We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. However, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been completed.

This is because our services are delivered digitally and are not subject to return or exchange. Once you have purchased a service, it is considered to be final and no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

  • Services that have not yet been completed may be eligible for a refund if we are unable to provide them as promised.
  • Services that are defective or do not meet your expectations may be eligible for a refund if we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
